How does it work?

See our page ‘HOW IT WORKS’ for step by step instructions. If you are still unsure, please contact us and we will reply as quickly as we can. If you can’t see a design that you like, please let us know and we can create a bespoke design for you. There are some examples of bespoke designs we have created for other people on our BESPOKE page.


We post to customers in mainland UK but we need to abide by the rules. Up to 4 individual bottled containers in any one package up to 150ml combined.
It’s not impossible but it is expensive, email us for a quote.

How long does it take?

For UK orders we dispatch within 5-7 days. We make everything from scratch and we want to make it extra special which takes time, if however you are on a tight deadline for a certain date email and ask us, we can let you know if it can be done.


Which fragrance should I buy?

The sample service is great way to test out the fragrances available, with the samples you also get a voucher to redeem on the purchase of a full size product. Click here to view our ‘request a sample’ page. Samples are non-returnable.


Can I return my perfume if I don’t like it?

Yes you can, that’s the simple answer. We want everyone to be completely satisfied and we understand the problems of buying fragrance online so please do first take a look at our sample service. Should you still wish to return please make sure that you attach the relevant label at the Post Office otherwise the package could be destroyed. Please note samples and personalised items are non-returnable.

Corporate Gifts and Wedding Favours

Yes and we don’t have minimums. Let us know what you have in mind – logos, colour schemes, fragrance preferences etc. and we can talk it through. It is quite a simple process. For larger runs of 50 bottles or more we need a 2 week turnaround time.
